Please reach out if you're interested in a custom, specialty design for your group, team, etc.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email once the order has been successfully placed.

The production of all orders will begin once the online store closes. 

Customers will receive another email alerting them their order is complete and ready for pickup approximately 3-4 weeks after the online store closes. 

GENERAL FULFILLMENT GUIDELINES:

• All orders must be received by the close date. Late orders will not be accepted.
• Due to the custom nature of the garments, there are NO returns and exchanges.
• ShopLionGear.com reserves the right to cancel your order and give a full refund on any order that cannot be fulfilled.
