• This PRE-ORDER, fundraising sale for Chelmsford RUGBY will be open from Saturday, November 9th, 2024 through Tuesday, November 19th, 2024 at 11:59AM. 
• Production begins once the team store closes on Tuesday, November 19th, 2024 at 11:59AM. 
• All custom apparel is made-to-order once the team store has closed.
• Orders are complete and ready approximately 2 weeks after the online store closes.
• Once fulfilled, all orders will be given to the team coordinator for distribution.

GENERAL FULFILLMENT GUIDELINES:

• All orders must be received by the close date. Late orders will not be accepted.
• Due to the custom nature of the garments, there are NO returns and exchanges.
